Small|This review is going to be relatively short as all I would like to mention is the fact that this book, like other Wrox 'Beginning' books, are excellent for the novice who has no experience of a subject and wants to be lead through a subject.

WAP, the Wireless Application Protocol, has managed to achieve fame and infamy in roughly equal parts as "the Internet on your mobile phone" - a claim that has not matched the experience of some early users.
